I'm Sasan Baha.

I come from a musical background, which has influenced my way of thinking about rhythm and narrative, but in recent years my work has focused mainly on cinema and audiovisual.

For about eight years I worked in the industry collaborating with the production company Gold in Florence, handling cinematography and editing for traditional cinema and virtual reality projects. During this time I collaborated with several directors, including Elio Germano, Maurizio Lombardi and Omar Rashid.

In parallel I have written and directed several short films, including Elia (2022), Mr. Asshole (2023) and Darya (2025), which represent the core of my work as a director.

Today I work as a freelancer, focusing on directing, videomaking and photography for artistic, film and commercial projects.
